At Philippe Model Paris, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our artisanal footwear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Philippe Model packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to maintain the product's integrity.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our Italian atelier, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
